PRE WORN- Straight off the runway this is a super fun two piece mod short set. This fun bright colorful fabric is actually outdoor upholstery fabric that I found and had to use. The top is a mod style with high neck and zips in the back from top to bottom. I added sporadic bits of fringe to add texture and inspired by 1970s shag carpet. Shorts have a clasp and zipper.  Sold as set only.
