PRE WORN- Straight off the runway this is the epitome of what my brand Cosmic Collective is all about. This Cosmic Cowgirl Lisa Frank dream just layered in fringe.  I handmake each caplet and I start by upcycling jackets I find at thrift stores or goodwills. This caplet sits on the shoulders and has no sleeves at all. This allows for it to be one size fits most. I applied the iridescent snake skin faux leather with teal piping inspired by western yoking. Layered with ombre pink and blue fringe.  Rhinestones scattered throughout the shoulders and back.  Closures are pale pink "frog buttons" that latch.
